Beta hemolytic strep in prostate
Hi,

I recently had a culture of my prostatic fluid. It showed i had beta hemolytic strep in my prostate (didnt say which group it was). I was given antibiotics for this. I also went to another doctor for a second opinion. The second doctor said i didnt have anything to worry about because this bacteria cannot grow or thrive in the prostate.

I was wondering if i could be at ease with the second doctors opinion? Also, all my urine tests were good (0-2 and 1-4 WBC).
