Big red stain on penis

Hi, I have a big red stain on my penis for 3 months, it doesnt hurt or something. Could it be psoriasis? Or what could it be. I had sex 4 months ago therefore it doesnt looks to be from sex. I think the stain is going to be bigger and bigger. Its 15x25mm big. Here is the picture of the stain http://www.medhelp.org/photos/show/6723107?type=posts Sorry for my english. Please help me!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This stain looks like simple dermatitis or irritation skin and does not seem to be related to STD’s or any skin causes. Wash the area with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms persist or the rash worsens, becomes painful or itchy then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
