Bilateral Kidney Stones

by bphillips, Aug 21, 2009 10:18PM
Hi I am a 29 year old female with a history of kidney stones.  I had lithotripsy back in 2001 on a stone that was stuck in my ureter.  I recently was having a lot of back pain and blood in urine a CT scan showed I had multiple stones in both kidney's.  I was just wondering if the treatment would be the same for this many stones in both kidney's or something different?  If anyone has dealt with this I would be good to have some info.  I have an appt with the urologist coming up in a few days
