Bilateral varicocele

This is my Duplex report:
C.E doppler and color coded duplex examination revealed:
- Evidence of valvular incompetence of the testicular vein and pampiniform ;lexus on both sides with abnormal doppler flow signal and color flow pattern recorded in resting condition and after valsalva maneuver (venous reflux) with varicocele detected on both sides.
- the right testicular vein measure 3.4 mm and the left measures 4.5 mm in diameter.
- both testicles show smooth surface and regular contour and present homogeneous echo-texture all through.
- no discrete solid masses are displayed.
- normal both epididymal head complex.
- the right testis measures 46*23.4*30.8 mm while the left measures 43.4*22.6*31.3mm.
CONCLUSION: bilateral varicocele.
