Black spots on my penis

I am a umcircumsized 21 year old male. Near the left tip of the penis, ablack spot extents about half an in down and about a quarter of an inch wide on the glan. When i pull the foreskin down, there is another black spot, about the same size as the one on the glan and on the same side. I am guess when the foreskin is push back, the black spots are right on top of each other. I realized about these spots about a year ago. I dont see any growth in the size of the spots. I never seen a urologist before so i was wondering if i should and is this something i should be worrying about?

“Pigmented lesions of the penis are uncommon and warrant investigation by a physician. Nevi are common pigmented lesion found on the penis which are usually stable in size, flat regular borders. More worrisome lesions that are pigmented include melonoma, this lesion is irregularly pigmented, brown , red , black with irregular borders that can increase in size. The lesion is flat.
