Bladder/Kidney Cancer

I went to my gp last week for just a check up, he did lab work and called the next day to suggest I see a urologist.  Do I have some thing to worry about?  A few years ago I had a head injury and during the mri they found a simple cyst, labor work then showed, Occult blood 2+, protein negative, nitrite negative, luekocyte esterase negative, wbc 0-5, rbc 0-5, squamous epithelial cells 0-5, transitional epitherlial cells 0-5, positive ana, specific gravity 1.026, ph 6.0, glucose negative, bilirubin negative, ketones negative, hemoglobin 13.6, hematocrit 40.1, mcv 92.7, mch 31.5, mchc 34.0, rdw 13.5, platelet count 246, absolute neutrophils 3640, absolute lymphocytes 1568, absolute monocytes 168 L, absolute eosinophils 224, absolute basophils 0, neutrophils 65, lymphocytes 28, monocytes 3, eosinophils 4, basophils 0, western blot <1.0, basic metaolic paney glucose 84, urea nitrogen (bun) 14, creatinine 0.8, bun/creatinine ration 18, sodium 143, potassium 4.2, chloride 108, carbon dioxide 24, calcium, 9.0, hepatic function panel protein, total 7.0, albumin 4.7, globulin 2.3, albumin/globulin ration 2.0, bilirubin, total 0.5, bilirubin, direct 0.1, bilirubin, indirect 0.4, ast 14, alt 13.

This year lab work shows, total cholesterol 3.6 L, wbc 5.9, rbc 4.26, hgb 13.6, hct 39.1, mcv 92, mch 32 H, mchc 35, rdw 12.8, plt 238, mpv 7.6, %polys 52, %lymphs 35, %monos 7, %eosins 6, %basos 0, #polys 3.1, #lymphs 2.1, #monos 0.4, #eosins 0.3, #basos 0.0, Urinalysis, appearance clear, color yellow, ph 5.5, glucose negative, ketones negative, protein negative, bld/hgb 2++**, bili,ur negative, urobili 0.2, nitirte negative, leuk est negative, wbc none seen**, rbc 3-5 hpf, epitheli occasional**, bacteria none seen, casts none seen**, crystals none seen, chemistry, bun 15, creat 0.9, sodium 140, k 4.1, chloride 108, hc03 26, agap 6, glucose 89, liver function, alb 4.1, alp 42, alt 19, ast 18, dbil <0.1 L, tbil 0.5, tp 6.6.  

So please tell me, do I have any thing to be worried about, I do have freuent urniation and some times it feels like I wont make it to the bathroom, pains on and off in my right back side some times abdominal pains with nausea.

You are being sent to evaluate the blood in the urine.

There can be many reasons for this - the most serious being bladder cancer.  Other causes can include a kidney stone, lower GU infection, or intrinsic kidney disease.  

A cystoscopy is recommended for a comprehensive evaluation.  Imaging the kidneys with an ultrasound or CT scan can also be considered to evaluate for stones or any anatomical causes.
