Bladder Stents

My daughter had an upperpole heminephrectomy for an ectopic ureter and has bladder stints.  For the past 2 nights she has woken up with wet pants.  Could this be from the stints??  Dry all day though.  She is 11 and convinced that the surgery didn't work to stop her "leaking" problem.  But she stays dry 95% of the time now.  Also on Ditropan with awful side effects including dry mouth, and dry skin.  Chapped lips and we think insomnia??  Is that possible??   Thanks for your time, I appreciate it!
