Peeing 750mls is an awful lot for a bladder capacity to hold. I wouldnt worry about it too much as by the sounds of it your bladder is still trying to recover, if you are concerned you could try bladder retraining which you try and hold as much as you can before you really need to pee. I would gradually increase it each time as much as you can. For an eg the first day try and increase it to 300mls then the next 350mls and then again increase to 400mls the next day, if it doesnt work then go back and try again. THis should help with holding more urine. If this doesnt work after a while then I would go back to your GP or an urologist and get it checked out to understand why you cant pee as much as you use to. All the best and good luck.
