Blood after urination.

Since today morning I have been geeting irritation. Thus, which leads me to frequent ging to the washroom. I do get urine but after I urinate, very few drops of blood comes out with a few drops of urine.
My menstural cyle just got over.
Is it some bacterial infection? If not, so what is it?
