Ph urine test it is a signal there may be some underlying pathology worthy of investigation. As a Urologist we see blood in the semen in a few circumstances i.e. after biopsy of the prostate,
invasiveGestational trophoblastic disease
Invasive
Minimally invasive heart surgery
Noninvasive
Noninvasive test
Squamous cell carcinoma - invasive prostate cancer and possible urinary tract infections. The latter being the most
commonCommon cold in young men. Most of theses presentations are self limiting and benign, but require attention of your physician for investigation.
Depending on your age it is probably also a transient, self limiting inflammatory condition, but should be investigated by your physician or a urologist with a physical exam, urinalysis, PSA serum test and possible ultrasound or cystoscopy especially if the condition continues past 1 week.
