Blood in urine?

I have this problem where I wake up out of no where and I use the restroom.  When I go, it sometimes is almost straight blood.  It usually starts with a a pain in the left side f my gut almost similar to getting hit in the tesicles.  It's a dull constant pain.

I've had blood tests, urine samples, ultra sounds, X-Ray with dye, and a procedure where a camera is put up and inside the penis.  The doctors were not able to find anything.

The pain is back and now I am out of my parents insurance.

I have completely cut fast food out of my diet, soda, and other sugary drinks.
I am drinking close to a gallon of water a day because I am trying to lose weight.  Is this something that is commn or anything tht could be related to a particular issue.

Any suggestions or answers would definately help?

Well like I said.

About 6-7 months ago when this happened, no infection was found.  Also, no kidney stones were found.

I probably went through 5-10 different blood tests.  Went to 1 E.R. and 2 Urology doctors.

Thanks for the help!

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
I am enumerating the possibilities that can cause blood in urine. Please check out if they have been ruled out in your case.
Since you can actually see the blood in urine, you should rule out clotting disorders including low platelet count. Gross hematuria visible to naked eye is also seen in kidney and bladder stones, cancer of kidney, sickle cell anemia and bladder infections.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
