Bruising on Penis again

Hi this is wesley again
I have had this problem for quite a while now, couple of years, which is why i have now decided to stop masturbating as i feel this may have been the original cause.
Since i have stoped there has been some progress as it is no longer as tender as it used to be to touch and the colour has reduced on the main part of the head of my penis. the worst part of it however it at the base of the head of my penis where there is a ring of darker bruising. This part has also got slightly better however but is still darker and more tender. The bruising seems deeper here.
Should i just leave it for the bruising to heal naturally because from what i have read i know that bruising on the penis can take much longer to heal than ordinary bruises.
Is there any sort of medication/cream that i can get from the pharmacy to quicken this process?
Thank You also for replying to my previous question.

To be honest... you probably don't need to see a doctor if you're "a little bruised".  Just keep your hands busy doing something else for awhile and it will clear up on it's own.  I've never really heard of a topical ointment for bruises anyway.  Yup.... it's a little tender down there so just take it easy for a few days.

Yes i am only 16 years old
Should i go and see my GP first before the physician as he may be able to give me a better initial diagnosis and whether it does need the help of a physician?
how would i get in touch with the physician and where would i find him / her?
Thanks

Hi,

Yes I understand that this may be embarassing for you but you need them at this point especially if you may need medications for the bruising. You are only 16? is this correct?
Discuss this with you dad or your mom or an older sibling who may help you get a consultation. If the bruising has persisted , I believe you want an expert's say on the matter. There is no substitute for an actual physician visit as the bruising will be properly assessed.

Hi,

You may observe the condition and see if it progresses or improves. Application of any topical medications may irritate the skin . However, you may discuss with your physician the use of topical anticoagulant creams. Always inform your physician before using any medications to avoid any complications.

Any associated urinary problems?
