Bulging Vein

I have been experiencing a strong pain due to a bulging vein between my testicles and ***. iIts about two inches long and i have strong pain when i sit. I have no problem walking or when I sleep on my side. But i do experience pain when i am urinating or passing motion. I have been applying Dermovate N on the affected area for about one week but to no affect. Dear Doctors ............please help

It is difficult to say without examination.

A bulging vein can be due to hemorrhoids or vein thrombosis.  A detailed physical exam by your physician can differentiate between the two.

An ultrasound of the affected area can be considered for further evaluation.  

This option can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
