Bump? near epididymis

by tulanejosh, Apr 24, 2009 07:54PM
During just general feeling around down there in the shower, i found what i can only describe as a bump on my right testicle. Maybe the size of a pinhead.  It is at the base of the tubing that connects to my right testicle. Google images identifies this as my epididymis. It doesnt hurt or anything like that.

I feel something similar, if not identical, on my other testicle - thought it takes a little more probing to find it (but is in generally the same location on the left testicle).

I am thinking that since i recently had a physical and they did an exam down there that this is nothing, especially since i found it on the other testicle as well.  But is this something i should be concerned about, and if not what is it?
