Burning & Discomfort Penis and thies (Please help me imm)
Dear Doctor,
I had protected sex with sex worker 4 moths ago. Next days onwards there is some pain in my penis tip and pimples in the penis. after 1.5 months i have checked with doctor and he tested my urine report and blood. I haven't told doctor that i had sex. he gave a Neoflame tablet. after i had the table my penis got burning too much. then stopped tablet. then i checked with other doctor. he also tested my blood and urine culture. he said everything fine. he gave tablet. but still burning sensation. then finally i went to urology doctor. he also checked my Urine, blood and sperm. he gave some tablet. after i had the tablet in 10days. some what i am ok. but still there is some mild pain and burning mildly in my penis and thies. But my sex is protected sex only. she handled my penis very rougly and tightly while ejaculating inside her *****.
I am worrying too much . Please advice me. I never told any doctor that i had sex

It is difficult to comment. However after reading your post I think you had routine urine examination to test for infection. Maybe there is lingering infection. If there is burning in your thighs then it could be fungal infection too called tinea cruris. It could however be a STD too. You need a complete STD panel done to rule out gonorrhea, thrichomonas, Chlamydia, herpes etc. Since you are getting married, there is no harm in getting one done. Many people get it done as a routine before marriage. There is a possibility of latex allergy from condom use too.
Drink plenty of water. Maintain good personal hygiene. Share all the facts with your doctor to get the best diagnosis and treatment.

I could not able to explain the history to my doctor. Since I am outside country.
If any problem they sent me back to my home country.
After checked with Urology doctor, Pain pain was better. Even it is ON/OFF sometimes.
and Burning in my thies.Same ON/OFF situation.
He tested various blood test, Urine Test and Semen analysis. He everything is perfect.
No need to worry.
I have indirectly asked, "my toilet cleanless is not good since it is bacholor room.
Is it any problem related to this. He said no. everything perfect. He said dont think abt. It might be bacuse of tension."
Even after this is it a Possible of having STD.
Please advice. I have engaged and my marriage would be this year end.

Rough handling can cause bruising of penis which can cause burning sensation and discomfort. However if there was roughness chances of condom leakage and rupture are high. Hence you must give the complete history to your urologist and get a STD panel done. You may not have contacted STD but it is better to be sure.
