Burning Thighs & Lower Buttocks When Sitting

All dozens of test from Doctors And Hospital, Still no answer is the bruning thighs when sitting, I have notice a few others on this board have had similar symptoms, Has anyone come up with a reason yet. I been told it prostiatis,
pelvic floor pain, bladder infection to siaticia and treat for all to no avail.
