Burning Urination, White Discharge, Itchy Urethra Tip

I am 20 years old, a junior in college, and very physically active. For about 20 days now I have been experiencing some itching at the tip of my urethra, some white discharge that resembles something between pre-*** and actual seaman, and some burning at the tip of my urethra when urinating. The discharge is most prevalent in the morning, but it still does not amount to much. There is slight discharge throughout the day, but it is almost not noticeable. I have also noticed that the more hydrated I am, the less it burns to urinate, and if I am very hydrated, there is no pain at all. There are no lesions, bumps, pimples, pus, or any visual symptoms whatsoever. The only thing that I noticed is that the tip of my penis at the urethra might be slightly irritated or slightly swollen. I have no other symptoms besides those I have described; no fever, joint pain, abdomen pain, headaches, swollen glands, etc. The last partner I had was two months ago. I use condoms but it broke once which was about two months ago. I doubt she had any STDs, but I am not 100% sure. She has not been tested to my knowledge. My symptoms resemble chlamydia or gonorrhea exactly. In the past two weeks I have been tested for those STDs three times via urinalysis and the results came back negative three times. I have also been tested in the past two weeks once for UTI, HIV, and HSV 1 and 2 (via blood sample) and all the results were negative. As we speak a doctor is doing a urine culture to try and get some answers. I also have an appointment set up with a urologist if the doctor can't find anything. I'm just baffled as to what is going on. Any suggestions or ideas? I appreciate your time.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate me. The doctor gave me a prostate exam and concluded I had a prostate infection, which I know is unusual for someone my age. I was given Bactrim DS for a month, which seemed to very slowly work. I have none of the original symptoms I had including no visual symptoms, except a very, very slight burning or warm sensation when I urinate to this day, but only when I am dehydrated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include nocturnal ejaculation, genitor-urinary infections, inflammations, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities, growths/ masses etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
