Burning after urination

4 yr old female with sudden onset of burning after urination, and dribbling or urine. Saw Pediatition 4 days ago. Neg for UTI. No fever, no reddness, no ordor, urine clear.  Have pushed water. Encouraging to make sure bladder is empty. Wipe front to back.  Problem presists.

There are many causes of burning micturition in female children.Uti(which has been ruled out0 is one of them.The other possibilities are vaginitis(bacterial.vaginal,fungal),kidney infections,hydroureter,Chlamydia,vesicoureteral reflux,cystitis or urethritis.

I would suggest consulting a pediatric urologist and getting all these possibilities ruled out one by one after thorough investigations.
