Safe sex for long periods of time without that strong, uncontrollable urge to orgasm. I have had treatment for urethritis in the past with antibiotics and I was diagnosed once with Chlamydia a long time ago (can't remember when, but I believe it was over 5 years ago). I also currently do experience some burning (but not all the time) during urination. What is most noteworthy though is the burning sensation during sex does not approach until I believe some slight (leaked) seminal fluid reaches my urethra. It's very evident that this is exactly what is going on. I have not discharge or any sensitivity in my penis or urethra under normal conditions (not urinating or not having sex). Also note, I have had some unprotected sex with multiple partners over the past 6 months, so I may have contracted something new.
Recently, I've been treating (myself) with doxicycline antibiotics, but a 7 day course did not seem to help the problem. No, I am not under a doctor's care as of yet...please don't scold me too harshly!
What do you think may be wrong with me that the doxi cannot seem to resolve? I've read some of your other notes and I saw the issues of other possible problems (STDs, Chlamydia, etc.). However, I thought I would ask again mentioning my specific symptoms to see if I can get a more specific answer. I intend on taking whatever you recommend to my doctor for further tests and treatment. I greatly appreciate this.
Thank you.
