Can i damage my edydidimis?

for the past 6 or so weeks iv had a mild dull aching and mild swelling in my testis ( more so in the left one.) iv had an ultrasound and am still waiting for results, but I’m still worried about one thing.
can I damage anything by ejaculating? its possible I have a spermatocele or some kind of blockage; could I do some damage to any of the tubing (i.e.  epydidimis, vas deferens, etc.) by ejaculating, or should I wait till i get the ultrasound report?
