Can micro genitalia be treated at early adulthood?

Hello, I'm a 20 year old male(obviously) and I was wondering if, at my age, can hormone treatment help my condition?

Hormonal treatment is not recommended for microgenetalia at any age unless specific low/ deranged level have been documented. I would suggest consulting a urologist or an endocrinologist for a detailed evaluation and suggestion of an appropriate management plan, if required.
