Chordee = Vaginal pain?

So my girlfriend just told me that sometimes it hurts when we have sex because of the shape of my penis. I know it's not because I'm too big because I'm about average. Could her pain be because of my Chordee? If so, is there any position I can do to NOT hurt her? Another question I need to know is who I should consult to correct my chordee (I'm 18), and how long is recovery? And how long until I can have sex again after a successful procedure?

I also forgot: I also have Hypospadias, but it's not even close to severe enough for it to matter. Is there any way I can get the chordee corrected and NOT the hypospadias?
