Chordee

Chordee

I am 25 years old and I have read about chordee.  I had hypospadias and had it corrected when I was a little boy. I also had undescended testes and had that corrected when I was little.  The urethra opening was at the base of my penis.  Since I was little when I have had an erection I have had a downward curvature.  I have not discussed with a doctor but believe that chordee is what I have.  My question is can I still get it corrected and what all does a procedure like that entail and on average what is the cost of an operation like that and would my penis be normal or close to normal.

Thank u

It may be possible that a urological procedure can correct a chordee.  One of the procedures that can be used is known as the Nesbitt procedure and is described here:

I cannot quote a cost since it would be different in various parts of the world.

I would discuss options for treatment with your personal urologist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
