Chronic Testicle Pain with Low Back Pain!!

Hi, I am 26 years old and have had this problem for 3 years. I have been seeing urologists for 3 years also. Symptoms are testicle pain and low back pain, difficulty urinating, often split stream, burning in urination and ejaculation, however no infection has been present in urine tests or cultures. I have had constant pain in testicles for 3 years. I have had the ultrasound of the scrotum which showed a small varicocele, and hydrocele, however my urologist says this would not cause any pain. The cord connecting to my testes feels hard and painful, this has been getting worse and my urologist was seemingly uninterested in this. It seems that every urologist that I see does not even feel like I have a problem. What is up? Lately I have been taking anti-inflammatory drugs but they don't help much. Any info appreciated. Kurt
