Chronic Urethritis, Chills and more
Hi there, I guess I will start by saying first I went to a doctor because I was experiencing buring while I pee and urine was leaking out after peeing. This happend a couple of months after having nprotected sex. I asked for the range of std tests but he actually refused and made me feel like I was dirty. I never went back. He gave me pills for Chlymidia/ Gonerrea. I took them and the burning went away. A few months later it came back and went away again and this has continued for years. Sometimes it gets itchy in my urethra, followed by burning. The leaking urine stops and goes away as well. Sometimes it just gets itchy and doesn't burn, somtimes it just burns after I pee and sometimes feels like a sharp pain (this has only happened twice over the last 3 years).
My testicles had started hurting every now and again as well and recently a sharp pain every now and then in my prostate or atleast in the area. Also I started having to pee a lot at night. I pee fequently, sometimes it's normal, only a few times a day but other times it is 20 times and a day and not a lot comes out. I have a hard time peeing sometimes.
So 6 months ago I went to a different doctor and he gave me the swab, did a urine test for a UTI, all the blood work for HIV and so on and all came back negitive. I never had a herpes test done, all doctors in Alberta and Canada (with the exception of Ontario) say that there is no way to test for herpes unless you have a sore. I never had a sore on my genitalia. So no test.
Now I get chills as well, a lot. The slightest bit of cold, or first thing in the morning and I get bad chills. If I don't have the chills I feel hot. I don't know if I have a temperature but I know that when sitting in a car full of people, my window is the only one that is fogged up. I have had a single swollen lymph node in my leg by my hip, sometimes. I have only had this happen a few times but it has happened.I don't know if these symptoms were present at the time but the urethritis was definently present and already in full swing by the time this had happened.
Recently my girlfriend and I were having sex and after a few months I developed a fungal infection that spread from the tip of my penis over the course of a couple months to my testicls. Now my penis is wrinkly with dark spots, the head is a quater covered in a wrinkly, red rash. My testicles have become red as well but have a strip of normal skin going directly down the middle of my scrotum making the redness broken in to two groups on my scrotum. My testicles tingle constantly now. I am consulting with a dermatologist about this. I am wondering though if this is the cause for my urethritis. Maybe it was a fungus in my urethra and I gave it to my girlfriend which then spread on me.
I also seem to have a lower sex drive these days and have problems keeping an erection, may just be mental however but I feel I should mention this none the less.

That sounds pretty similar to what I am suffering from. Do you still have this problem?
