Is it possible that my chronic Vas Deferens pain can be linked to my herniatedHerniated nucleus pulposus discs? If so, how can I follow up and is there any literature out there that I can read online?
Do you have any other symptoms like numbness, incontinence? If no then evaluation through ultrasound and physical examination is necessary to find the cause for chronic pain in the ejaculatory duct.
Consult a urologist for further assistance.
Best.
How are you? Chronic vas deferens pain can occur due chronic infection, obstruction, pressure from adjacent organs etc, but in no way related to herniated discs.
Herniated discs are found in the intervertebral discs located in the spinal cord. They might compress some root of the spinal nerves, but in that case you would have had other symptoms like bladder, bowel incontinence, numbness over the lower limbs etc. It depends upon the level of the herniated disc and how much is it compressing the nerve.
