Chronic penis atrophy

Hello,

Over several years after I was removed from taking an "anti psychotic" medication, I have noticed my penis shrinking in size both erect and flacid. It's a noticeable difference. I read that the medication may have caused  this. I'm not looking for a diagnosis or cure on the internet, but maybe some insight on if this is curable or maybe advice on how to get this brought to the right doctors for an exam. I don't suffer from ED--everything still functions ok, just shrinkage over the years. I've been off the medication for about 8 years, and it appears to be shrinking still even being removed that long. Curious if this could be brought by anything else as well, like low testosterone or something I'm not aware of. Please and thank you so much.
