Circles on Penis?

by HelpNeeded424, Aug 20, 2006 12:00AM
Wasn't sure where to post this question, so here goes...

I'm a mid 20's year old white male, never been in a relationship because of nerves and lack of experience around cute ladies...so I'm still a virgin.

About 5 days ago I began masturbating, as it was suggested it would help me gain a bit more confidence with women if I release some nervous sexual tension.

The sessions in the shower lasted about 30 or so minutes, and on the first two times, I did have a bit of a grip.  On the third time, I lightened up, because there was a bit of pain when I peed a few minutes after ejecting.  This only happened 2 times in a course of three days and went away.  I have had wet dreams previously before masturbating and never felt any pain/tingling.

Over the course of three days, everything was fine, untill 2 days ago, I noticed small circular flat discolorations.  It was a bit lighter in color than my penis, but not by much.  I beleive it mostly became noticeable after the erection.  These circle areas don't hurt, they don't itch, they are just two circles less than half an inch in width and height with a slightly lighter hugh.
The smaller one seems to be dissapearing a bit, even.

From what I've been reading, slight pain for first time sex goers is usual, so I'm assuming the same is true for Masterbation (masturbation).  Could this be a rash from friction, or just gripping too hard the first two times?

Thanks

Dermatitis as well as skin irritation from friction are all possible.  You can also consider various infectious diseases - although the risks are low if you are not sexually active.  A fungal infection on the skin can also be considered.

You can obtain a dermatology referral for a more comprehensive evaluation.

Urine tests looking for infection as well as STDs can be considered as well.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
