Clammy cold scrotum

Hi, for the past 6-8 months I've had a sort of damp cold sensation round my groin that came out of nowhere.
I havent changed shower gel of any of my hygine habits, always wear boxer shorts and no tight fitting clothes. I'm not and never have been a person to sweat at all this is why its really getting me down, I feel damp right down to my jeans sometimes! I have tried anti-fungal creams and talcs for the last 2 months but its just the same, I have a long term partner so no chance of STDs. Doesnt itch (too much), no burn or pain just cold dampness.
This happens in winter, summer, inside, outside, clothes on, off, standing sitting, is really driving me mad!

I do have high blood pressure and colesterol and one of my parents id diabetic although Im not overweight?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hey mate.  Seeing your post.  I this sweaty and clammy scrotum new for you? It could be due to an underlying condition.  https://www.healthline.com/health/what-causes-excessive-testicular-sweating-and-how-can-i-treat-it  I linked an article that talks about some of the reasons this can start happening.  Have you had a physical lately? I'd schedule one.  This could be 'nothing' but also may not be.  Hyperthyroidism is a big one for causing this issue, for example. Easy enough to check with blood work.  Have you ever tried Gold Bond powder there? Powder can really help.
