Clamp for the Spermatic Cord?

Is it possible to clamp the Spermatic Cord to stop the male from ejaculating.

I would hope that it will not cause Protatitus or worse.

I am looking for a way not to use medication, herbal remedies, or any other way to fix this other than a surgical clamp.

Not the Cunningham Clamp.

A clamp that can be used to stop premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation and ejaculation all together.
