Clear discharge from penis

After receiving oral sex from a sex-worker in Asia my wife got signs of yeast infection and complained about pain during sex. The yeast infection dissapeared after a few days. About 2 weeks later I discovered a few drops of clear discharge from my penis now and then. I also noted that the tip of the penis was a little red. I was tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea both with negative result. Now 6 weeks after the "incident" I have a VERY sticky (like glue?) discharge after ejaculation and when sexually exited - different from the normal pre-*** that I normally have. I have no pain when urinating, and no spots or rashes other than the slightly red tip of my penis. What can this be? Can the Chlamydia test be wrong? Will 1000mg of Azithromycin do the job if it is NGU? What will happen if it is left untreated?

The normal treatment for gonorrhea and chlamydia would be a combination of ceftriaxone as well as the azithromycin.  Of course, culture of the urine and the penile discharge should be sent to the lab for further analysis and culture.  

I would also evaluate the prostate.  Infections here can be difficult to treat - sometimes requiring extended courses of antibiotics.  A prostatic massage and sending any fluid off for analysis should be done.  If warranted, a transrectal ultrasound can be considered to look for prostate abscesses.
