Cysts that normally require treatment (i.e. a procedure) are normally in the 5 to 20cm range. If you are having symptoms from this, I would inquire about treating the cyst.
This can include percutaneous aspiration of the cyst with a sclerosing agent, or larparoscopic unroofing of the cyst.
If the cyst is infected, appropriate antibiotic therapy should be considered.
These options should be discussed with your urologist - or in conjunction with a second opinion if necessary.
