Ph urine test is bad enough to make you anemic, this needs to be addressed immediately(IVP, CT Scan,
Cystoscopy, Cytology). Thirdly, if your infections are not controlled by routine antibiotics, another source(enteric fistula, bowels, stones, bladder or urethral diverticula) need to be evaluated.
Sleeping a lot or being tired is probably secondary to anemia. At your age, cancer is unlikely, however,it does need to be eliminated as a possibility. If you are unhappy with your doctors evaluation, you can always get a second opinion. It wouldn’t hurt to get your family doctor or internal medicine doctor involved to get a different perspective.
