Continuouse sore foreskin

I have had continuous issues with a sore foreskin... Have been to my dr many times and seen urologists and a disease consultant, all of whom say that they do not see anything, My Dr. initially said he thought it was HPV, but both urologists, the STD specialist and the diseases consultant all said they did not see this. I also had a kind of a jock itch like issue when this all started, but this cleared with use of antifungal cream for about 4 weeks... since then both sides of my groin ( the crease between leg and genital area) are very sensitive and the hair follicles seem to get agitated often and it gets red and itchy. No one seems to have any answers. I have been tested for all STD's and do not have anything? Any suggestions? my foreskin burns frequently... some times a month will go by with no pain, but then it comes back and can last weeks to months at a time! ???
