Could this be the cause of bubbly urine

About 2-3 weeks ago I had a CT Urogram and it showed that I have a 16mm kidney stone in my left kidney and the test was negative for any other problems..  The reason for the CT was because I had gross hematuria and also white blood cells in my urine.  Since that time, I have noticed many bubbles in my urine.  Is that caused by the kidney stone?   I have done some research on line and I am really concerned now that the bubbles are from protein in my urine that would indicated another kidney issue.  Can you please give me some answers?  Thanks...
