I don’t think it has got anything to with the kidney stones which you passed. There’s a possibility of some allergic reaction but it should show externally on the scrotum in the form of some rash/redness. If it’s not there, the possibility of an allergic reaction is also minimal. There’s a possibility of a stone in the ureter which can cause radiating pain and sometimes tingling sensation in the scrotum. I’ll suggest getting an ultrasound of the of the urinary tract & scrotum before going in for a CT scan as otherwise you’ll unnecessary be exposing yourself to a large amount of radiations with the CT scan.
