Cyst?

I have a lump on the top right side of shaft, sort of in the middle(maybe in epidermal layer). When I pinch the area i sort of feel this squishy substance. It gets more pronounced when erect. It doesn't hurt but I just want to know what it can be. Sometimes it is barely noticeable, almost not there, but sometimes it looks like its bigger than usual.
What can this be? Please help

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include cysts, warts, growths from the skin/ underlying connective tissue etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management, if required.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
