Cystitis Cystica

Hi!  Last year I had surgery that cinsisted of a partial hysterectony and bladder repair with a sling because of stress incontinence.  I ha a foley cath and had to wear it home for one week.  About 1 month after I started having bladder infections.  My urologist did a cystoscope and I got to see all the little cysts inside the bladder.  He said I had cystitis cystica and would treat me for several months with an antibiotic (nitrofurantoin).  After treatment, I thought I was doing o.k. until the UTI's (3) came back.  Is there something else I can do for myself, that could cure this?  I do no drink caffein, I drink nothing but water and a lot of it.  I don't eat sugar and I take Vit.C, & Cranberry pills.  I wipe from front to back. I cleanse myself after each bowel movement.  Urinate often because of a little residual left in the bladder since surgery.  I void before sex and after sex.  Do you think that I could be getting the recurrent infection because of these surgeries?  Can taking estratest have any effect on my bladder causing a UTI?  Is there anything I can do to help cure this burden?  Thank you very much for reading this and getting back to me!!
