Dad is having problems urinating

by ConcernedDaughter22000, Apr 13, 2009 04:35PM
A few months ago my father was treated for BPH and has since been having issues urinating normally.  He was catheterized right after surgery but he has ruled that out as a long-term option due to the issues he faced with mobility and convenience.

Recently his urologist told him about a new option, a prostatic stent called the Spanner, which he thinks will works wonders for my dad.  I'm hoping someone out there has heard of this product and can give me any advice or information about it...we really want to get him the best care possible and wanted to check out all the options available.

Thank-you very much!
