Damage Causing Sperm Autoimmune Reaction

  For men who've suffered vascular damage so that antibodies form
  to their own sperm -- causing anaphylactoid reactions -- what
  treatments, procedures, etc. exist?  I have bactickia (sp?)-- punctate
  small vessel lesions -- on my scrotum and I've been having
  anaphylactoid reactions after sex.

Dear Alan,
In your question, you refer to anaphlactoid reactions caused by anti-sperm antibodies which are formed in the process of vascular damage.  I do not know where you came to this conclusion, and therefore feel it necessary to go over some definitions before attempting to answer your question.
Anaphylaxis (also known as an anaphylactic reaction) is a severe form of immune response that occurs in the body of a sensitized person causing respiratory distress (sudden difficulty breathing) within minutes of exposure to an antigen (the food, drug, bee sting, or whatever cause the person is allergic to ), often followed by vascular collapse/shock (profound drop of blood pressure that is life threatening).  Other associated symptoms during an anaphylactic reaction include severe rash and itching, and possible nausea, vomiting, crampy abdominal pain, and diarrhea.  
I highly doubt that you are experiencing an anaphylactic reaction.  I am not familiar with and have not been able to find anything on
