It is less likely that your symptoms are due to the cyst. To determine if the amount of sperm has decreased, you may want to consider undergoing a semen analysis. The standard semen analysis consists of the following:
* Measurement of semen volume and pH
* Microscopy for debris and agglutination
* Assessment of sperm concentration, motility, and morphology
* Sperm
leukocyteLeukocyte alkaline phosphatase count
* Search for immature germ cells.
This test would determine if the sperm count is
normalNormal saline flush or not. Regarding the
orgasmsOrgasmic dysfunction, you may want to consider a neurology evaluation to see if there are any
nerveNerve biopsy
Nerve conduction velocity disorders that may cause this symptom. A scrotal ultrasound can also determine if there are any further anatomical abnormalities.
