Dizziness after Ejaculation during masturbation

I feel dizzy with room spinning after ejaculation. This occurs after ejaculation during masturbation. I am not currently sexually active with any partner. This occurs whether I masturbate in lying down, sitting or standing postures. I do not faint, no breathing problems or sweating. No chest pains. This dizziness happens during masturbation ONLY and not after any intense exercise on a treadmill.
I am having this problem for 3 months. I am not sure what is causing the problem. One thing that happened three monthe ago was I got hurt in the groin area by a tennis ball. Immediately I rushed to ER and everything was normal. I am wondering if this would have caused my problem.
I would really appreciate any help in this matter and how to fix my problem.

Difficult to say without evaluation.
Various causes of vertigo can be considered. This can include a viral inner ear infection, benign paroxysmal vertigo, or more serious conditions like cerebrovascular disease.
A referral to an ENT specialist or neurologist can be considered. The next step would be brain imaging or hearing testing.
These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
