Difficult to say without evaluation.
If the diarrhea continues, stool tests can be done to exclude an infection. An endoscopy can also be considered for a more definitive diagnosis.
Penile discharge is suggestive of infection. If the tests continue to be negative, the prostate can be palpated and massaged. Any fluid that is expressed can be sent for analysis and culture.
If herpes is a concern, the area can be cultured and blood tests be done.
A referral to a dermatologist can be considered if the rash is persisting.
