Do I have Peyronie's Disease?

I am currently 30 years of age. Usually, I masturbate on the average
about three times a week. Just recently, I noticed that my penis
has been feeling looser than normal. For example, whenever I become
aroused, my penis immediately bends completely to the left. I am still
able to masturbate but I am no longer able to have an erection
that lies in a vertical position unless I manually move it. Can you advise
me as to whether I have PD, and if so does it cure itself by time?
