The risk of the stent moving or disengaging as you mentioned is always there and is one of the known complications of this procedure. However, you shouldn’t worry as it doesn’t happen in the majority. You don’t need to follow any particular regimen or sleep in a particular position. The only precaution you need to ensure is that you take adequate fluids which tend to have a flushing effect and push the stone below. I sincerely hope tht helps. Take care.
