Don't know what to do next?

I have been under Dr.'s care for 9 yrs. since a car accident. Lately {2 months} I have had increased left side pain upper abdomen radiates to back, also I am cold most of the time. and I mean freezing cold. I have no appetite, I don't take in much of anything because eatting makes me nausea, and increased pain and pressure in colon area, this is besides left sided pain. I have lost total of 55 lbs. some of which stared after I got off alot of my meds last fall. I have high cholesterol, but cholesterol med. almost triples my liver enzymes and increases my leg pain to the point that I cry in pain. this last episode of increased weakness, pain, nausea, fatigue, has been unbearable at the least. I took combunox 5/400, 1-3 times a day. plus ibphrofen instead of mobic starting last fall when i dumped some of my meds.at the time i was told that combunox was 5 mg. pain med and 400 tylenol i found out last week that it is not 400mg.tylenol, it is 400 mg. ibrophen. Gastro. Dr. explained that to me last week.He also did a colonoscopy& endo. , small bowel series, & flat platte x-ray.all of which were normal with the exception of my reflux and a diverticuli which i've had for many yr.'s. So, back to my G.P Dr. i went. He is sending me to a urologist next on march 3 rd.  I was at Mayo Clinic last yr. and went many tests were done. these are my  conditions - complex sleep apnea, episodes of fatigue, weakness, M.I. in 2003 with stent. IBS, brain injury, cervical spine and lower lumbar  injuries, migraines, unexplained ulcerative lesions,several epidurals, and then nerve oblation (ablation) both left and right sides of lower lumbar and sciacral areas which were last aug. & dec. i also have unrelenting pain in my legs, thus the pain med. The results from Mayo  did show a cyst on one kidney, a stricture in the ureter and a pocket in my bladder. what do you think ?  lori911
