Doxazosin + Dutasteride for BHP

Treatment for BHP after referral from GP Physician to Urologist.  Now have micro hematuria - blood in urine - from UA test resulted in biopsy of bladder wall by urologist.  Lab says cystitis cystica from inflammation.  Prescribed Dutasteride plus Doxazosin progressed to 8 mg for six months.  Frequent urination gone plus sense of full voiding currently.  Now what can I expect?  Want to avoid prostate surgery (TURP) if possible.  Experiencing moderate to severe nasal inflammation & sinus irritations and infections.   Any recommendations?  What tests to request now?  UA repeat?  Cystoscopy?  Another biopsy?  Where is this leading?
Thank You.
