Dull pain in the genital area

I am a 31yr old male and I have this dull pain in the genital area since more than 2 months now. It's like a constant discomfort, sometimes the pain is in the scrotum, shaft of the penis(inside) or at the tip of the penis and rarely in the groins. Most of the time, the pain is in the scrotum and testicles. Good to note that there is no discharge from the penis.

I am currently undergoing treatment with a urologist. No abnormality seen with the testes, Tested for herpes and chlamydia STD. Both tests negative. In any case, I have been treated with tinidazole and azithromycin in the event that there could be some bacterial infection though there has never been any discharge but it didn't make any difference. AFAIK, I never had any stds before.

Urine microscopic and sensitivity and urine cytology are both normal. My urologist thinks that it could be an inflammatory problem and he has put me on voltaren (diclofenac) for 3 weeks.

I am very worried.

Any help/advice highly appreciated. Thanks

You are already under treatment. I am sure you will be ok as all other tests are negative.Ant inflamatory may do the trick.
