ESWL Therapy

Dear Dr. I have had two percutaneous nephrostomies on my right kidney and two ESWL's because of struvite stones growing in my right kidney. I am going in for ANOTHER ESWL on Tuesday. It has been about a year since my last ESWL. My question, will I continue having this done every year. I am on torsemide for Dilated Cardiomyopathy and spirolactone also. Should I stop having these done. What is it doing to my right kidney. Per my urologist I also have imbedded stones in this kidney. Have had major pain in the past with blood in the urine.
Is it time to see another doctor out of my area(there is only three drs in this area) about my kidney. I am getting tired of this. Besides I am concerned about the number of times I have been put out for this procedure. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks. Donna
