1) Can you tell me if Hepatitis C has any adverse impact on sperm count and/or motility?
2) Often times, my boyfriend's ejaculation is partially coagulated. That's the word he uses; don't know how else to describe it. Some of it is clumpy, I guess you could say. Is that normal? If not, what could be the cause? Hep C?

To answer your questions:
1) I am not aware of hepatitis C affecting sperm count or motility.
2) Semen character can vary from patient to patient. If there is concern, a semen analysis can be considered. Infection can cause variations in the character of the semen. I am not aware of this being an effect of hepatitis C.
These questions can be discussed with his personal physician.
